Oh, I'm sorry for the lack of posts;S. But here's what I've done for whole week, another zipper cuff, if you're interested click here.

Avec moi?

I'm used to that fashion bloggers in my age are mostly girls. But owner of amazing blog called Avec Moi? is Ben, 14 years old boy from Denmark - http://fashionwunderkid.blogspot.com
His outfits may look bit usual at first sight but I can't picture none of the boys in my class wearing anything else than sportswear or jeans+hoodie combo. So I think he's really cool. Plus he makes nice shoe sketches and fashion illustrations.
He made an interview with me, you can read it - here!. I really liked the questions he made so I asked him to answer to those same questions, so here is interview with him:


So Benjamin, where do you live? How old are you?
I live in Vejle, Denmark. And I'm 14 years old. (we fourteen year old kids are rockin'?)

Are they any good vintage shops or stores in your city? (If yes , then write them, not all of them, but 2 or 3)
There's a lot of thrift stores. Maybe there is some vintage stores. I don't know yet. But my absolute favorite store is H&M. I love H&M, they always have something chic, but to a love price.

You have a very good sense of style, in an very young age, what does your family/friends say about it?
My mom and dad, was very skeptical over this new style, and my interest in fashion. But later they accepted it and now they are the ones who support me most. My mom and dad doesn't know that I have a blog, neither does my friends in school. Actually no one of those people who live in my hometown that I have a blog, of the people where i live! 
I get a lot of weird up-and-down looks, but i just ignore that. I really don't care if someone says something negative to me.

I really like your shoe sketches. Are you interested in designing and making some real shoes someday?
Well, I'm more into clothes design. But of course, if I one day get a brand, then I would love to make shoes!

Career dreams?
Fashion designer. Or working at a fashion magazine. I don't know. There is so many things in fashion you can do.

Do you feel your country or city is fashionable?
My country? Yes! My city? uhh, a bit. Everyday i see some people that has the most perfect outfit on, and i wanna like, go over and take a picture of them. But there's not as many as there is in Aarhus or Copenhagen.

Are you going to move away from Denmark someday?
I think so. Yeah. I can picture myself, living in London or Paris. Where ever my career brings me, i live there. I dream of working in Paris, and having my own flat and just hang out in the city.

When did you start blogging? What inspires you? Do you take all your picture by yourself?
I started blogging in February, with the blog Tres Chic. But i deleted it, and took a break. Then later i created Avec Moi, so since April. What inspires me? hmm. My vision of fashion, and other people. Everything. And yes, i take every picture of me by myself.

What describes your style? Does music influences your style?
There no recipe for my style. But i get inspired a lot by rock n roll music. Especially The Kills. They are my favorites. It doesn't matter what kind of music I'm listening to. I dress, as i want to.

The Kills, Gossip, Ladyhawke, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Ratatat. I hear them all the time. But everyday i find a new artist.

Name your favorite blogs?
I really like Adeline Rapon's blog. She is very beautiful and have a good style.

No, definitely not. I create my own trends. But I can get inspired of trends.

"The Dreamers" and "2 days in Paris" is the 2 most best movies in the world. I love movies that has something to do with Paris, love, never-ending cigarettes and partying. But watch "2 days in Paris" it's a good movie.

ASYMMETRY GEOMETRY SYMMETRY

Last night inspiration finally came - from decor magazines. I cut out some triangles and turned into dresses.

Finally finished reading The Teen Vogue Handbook. Ehh.. I'm not right person to say it because I don't know either but I feel that they glamorized this industry too much. But it was still very interesting to read.

And I just found coolest swimwear ever!

/Lõpuks lõpetasin ka The Teen Vogue Handbook'i lugemise. Ma ei ole küll ilmselt õige inimene seda ütlema, sest ega ma ju ise ka ei tea kuidas kõik tegelikult on, aga mulle tundus et nad ilustasid moetööstust liialt. Aga siiski oli see väga huvitav raamat.

Ja ma leidsin just maailma kõige lahedamad ujumisriided.

Furry spiderwebs

I'm ill, again! Now I've stayed at home from school for couple of days and I've knitted and watched tv all day long. I decided to show you my Rodarte inspired knitted sweater - work in process. I've already finished the backside, it took about one week. So I think maybe two weeks more and my sweater is ready.
/Ma olen haige, jälle! Ma olen sellepärast paar päeva kodus istunud ja põhiliselt kudunud ja telekat vaadanud :D. Otsustasin teile näidata kuidas näeb mu Rodarte-inspired kampsun hetkel välja näeb. Ma just lõpetasin selja osa ja sellega läks umbes nädalake, nii et loodan et kahe nädala pärast on mu kampsun juba valmis./

Day full of beautiful photos+jewelry+fashion illustrations

Yesterday we had very long day, we visited different shops and exhibitions. First we spent hours in big bookstore and leafed through amazing books about fashion, art and photography. My favourite was "20th Century Fashion: 100 Years of Apparel Ads", you can read it online and buy - here!. Then we went to Morš (http://www.mors.ee/), the only vintage store in Estonia. I got some chains for jewelry making from there. After that we visited IIDA gallery (http://www.iidadesign.eu/), there we saw exhibition called MALE, where were jewelry for men or jewelry inspired of men.

Then exhibition of fashion photography. There were photos by Filippo Caroti (http://www.woland.co.uk/), models in the photos are wearing dresses by Oksana Tandit (http://www.oksanatandit.ee/)and Ruth Tulving (http://ruth-tulving.com/)paintings of butterflies are for background.


My favourite was exhibition of Estonian fashion illustrations.

Eile veetsime pika päeva linnas, külastasime erinevaid näitusi ja poode. Kõige pealt veetsime me tune Apollo raamatupoes and lehitsesime erinevaid moe, kunsti ja fotograafia raamatuid. Minu lemmik oli "20th Century Fashion: 100 Years of Apparel Ads", seda saab lugeda ja osta - siin!. Kusjuures internetist tellides on hinnad ligi poole odavamad. Peale seda läksime Morši (http://www.mors.ee/), kust sain kette ehete tegemiseks. Järgmiseks külastasime IIDA galeriid (http://www.iidadesign.eu/), kus vaatasime näitust "MALE meeste ehted". Siis läksime M galeriisse kus sai näha moefoto näitust. Fotod olid tehtud Filippo Caroti (http://www.woland.co.uk/) poolt, modellid fotodel kandsid Oksana Tanditi (http://www.oksanatandit.ee/) disainitud kleite ja taustaks olid Ruth Tulvingu (http://ruth-tulving.com/) maalid. Näitust saab vaadata M galeriis, Kinga 3, kuni 19.novembrini. Kõige huvitavam oli vast näitus "Uus Eesti Moejoonistus", Disainigaleriis, Pärnu mnt. 8, avatud kuni 14.november. Peale seal käimist hakkasid kohe näpud sügelema ja tahaks nüüd isegi midagi joonistada.

It's Tallinn Fashion Week at the moment and today I went to Marit Ilison pret-a-porter show. I was very suprised when I found out that my seat is in the front row. Generally was show very mystic and enchanting. It was very refreshing to see something wearable but it still didn't look like a high street fashion (which is good of course). Clothes were from the top to bottom black but with very many different textures and sheer fabric, which I absolutely love. Models had some strange face paintings with gothic vibe. Zippers and feathers made it perfect.

Eile käisime Tuuliga Tallina Moenädala raames toimunud Marit Ilisoni kollektsiooni esitlusel. Ma olin väga üllatunud kui avastasin et meie kohad on esimeses reas. Show oli üldiselt väga müstiline ja lummav. Oli värskendav näha midagi, mis oli väga kantav, aga ei näinud siiski välja nagu massimood (see on muidugi hea).
