Random vol 3

Okay, once again one kinda random post little bit about everything and ..nothing. First some photos from yesterday. Wore my green jumpsuit new lace-up boots ;)


While I'm waiting for my ring stand from Urban Outfitters I made this temporary jewelry tree for my rings.


While I was in Tallinn I also went to the opening of new Estonian design shop Preili Pipar. I spotted two super nice leather bags by Kristi Tammekand there.

And last Saturday I also went to see rehearsal of ERKI Moeshow. There were people who had passed the casting. Not the models but people who gonna play different etudes between the shows. I can say it's going to be be very cool!
It took place is theatre called Cabaret Rhizome

Piret Ilves

While I was in Tallinn I also visited Piret Ilves' atelier/store. It's definitely home of everything cute - sweet pink, yellow hues, smaller&bigger bows and nice satin ribbons everywhere. She also makes chic and elegant hats, nice coats and dresses plus cool tights and knee socks.. and more. Take a closer look:

Embassy of Fashion

I was really thankful to get invitation to opening show of Embassy of Fashion - Botanic Poetry. Four designers - four collections: Natalja Lill, Ketlin Bachman-Põldroos, Riina Põldroos Aldo Järvsoo plus jewelry by Tanel Veenre.
The atmosphere was amazing - lighting, music, interior and loads of flowers everywhere! The dresses were as same beautiful.
My favourites were probably the spectacular headpieces and jewelry.

And this was my outfit for the evening.. least my leggings matched with the theme. Also wore my new amethyst ring, it's even more bigger and heavier than the first one.

ERKI Moeshow 2010 - 29th May

Tradition of ERKI fashionshow started back in 1982. Today it's one of the main fashion events in Estonia. Since then every year fashion students and other young designers with crazy ideas show their collections. It's know as alternative and innovative show - like this year it's called "Silent Show" because audience has to wear headphones to hear music and last year they had a moving stage. I'm definitely excited! I've already seen some sneak peaks of the collection and must say that I can't wait to see them all! This year there's 23 collections.

The offical cafe of ERKI fashionshow 2010 is Reval Cafe on Pärnu road 27 where you can buy tickets, watch the videos of the old shows throughout the years and get cappocino only with 15 kroons if you're showing the ticket.
Oh I don't forget to take your ID with you because you need it for borrowing the headphones.

I received my Alexander Wang cateye glasses knockoffs while ago. I usually don't feel very right about knockoffs but atm I have to say I must love ebay. Anyway we went out for cycling yesterday and Tuuli is wearing my new sunnies;)









I officially had a bad hair day yesterday so I just had to try tie a turban. fail.



oh and I just got that lion ring. I really want this(link with photo) ring stand from Urban Outfitters but I probably don't have anough cool rings for that.

Sometime I feel like I take way too many random, pointless photos that my computer's memory has almost run out. but 14GB is still left=) (out of 300GB). Here are  only some of them.

DIY Miu miu collar

This time I stole my DIY idea from Crushable.com . But who doesn't love Miu Miu?
I share some photos of the work-in-process with you though it's probably not very hard to figure out how to make that collar yourself.

*print out or draw yourself some swallows (or cats, daisys, naked lady) and use those as stencil. 

*cut the collar off a old men's shirt


*draw swallows on the collar, first with pencil and the with fabric marker (follow the instruction written on the marker's package).


*and you're done! well, my swallows don't look the most perfect ones but who cares;)
